How to order your wreath and plan the timing

The first thing to consider is the graduation ceremony date. For designs suitable for shipping, we prepare your wreath and hand it over to the courier within 24 hours on working days (by the next working day after your order). Orders received by 10:00 on working days may be dispatched the same day. With DHL Express, arrival on the next working day after dispatch is possible, including for orders dispatched the same day: this is a possibility, not a guarantee, and depends on the destination, collection and service availability. We therefore do not give the same arrival date for every order: the destination and time of purchase can affect the journey.

The safest approach is to order as soon as your date is confirmed, enter the graduation date correctly and allow some time between the expected delivery and the ceremony. If time is short or the estimated date seems too late, call 0773 693313 or contact us before ordering: we can check together whether there is a suitable option, without guaranteeing a date that also depends on the courier.

For eligible designs and destinations, you can choose Standard at €7 or DHL Express for a total of €40 per order, when available at checkout, without adding the two rates together. Estimated transit times from the courier taking charge of the parcel: Standard 2–3 working days, Bartolini (BRT) 1–2 working days, DHL Express 1 working day. The Corone Laureae configurator lets you build your wreath step by step. You can specify the size, choose the ribbon and available decorations, add optional lettering and enter the graduation date. The preview helps you see your choices together before adding the configuration to your cart.

When you select fresh elements, the configurator indicates that the arrangement is available only in Latina. If you would like your wreath delivered outside the city, keep your configuration to components available for shipping across Italy. Preserved, artificial or fresh: which option to choose

Preserved and artificial elements let you add details suited to shipping. They feature in designs decorated with roses, baby’s breath, berries, chilli peppers, lagurus or mixed flowers; the classic wreath remains the simple option to personalise with the choices available.

Fresh flowers, however, require local handling. Designs that include them are not presented as suitable for shipping across Italy: they are intended for collection or local delivery in Latina. This distinction is not just product information: it is practical guidance to help you choose a product suited to its destination.
